No traps. Here is exactly how paying works.

The free week

Your first 7 days start when your dog's plan is made. Everything works, and we never ask for a card. When the week ends nothing is deleted: your history, charts and report stay, and you can export them. New sessions and plan changes wait until you choose a plan.

The price

$49.99 a year on the website, or $129.99 once if you'd rather pay once and never renew. In the phone apps, Apple and Google show the price in your own currency. There are no add-ons and nothing else to buy.

Before every renewal

We email you seven days before the yearly plan renews, with the date and how to cancel. If you do nothing, it renews at the same price.

Cancelling

You keep everything until the end of the year you paid for. Cancel where you subscribed:

• On your iPhone: Settings, tap your name, Subscriptions, It's OK Pooch, Cancel Subscription.
• On your Android phone: Google Play, tap your profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, It's OK Pooch, Cancel.
• On the website: sign in at itsokpooch.com, open Billing, then Manage billing and Cancel plan.

Who takes the payment

In the iPhone app, Apple. In the Android app, Google Play. On the website, Stripe sells the plan as the merchant of record, so your statement may show “LINK.COM” with our name, and Stripe handles sales tax and VAT. In the EU, UK and Switzerland you have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase; we ask you to agree to start the plan straight away, which ends that right once you use it.

Paying twice by mistake

If you subscribe on the phone and on the website, your account page says so and shows where to cancel one. Write to us and we'll help.
